KB Design involvement in your project could be as topical or as complete as you desire. We provide a variety of services, from simple color coordination to full remodeling or new construction development. However, no matter how deeply we are involved, we still need to be on board as early in the process as possible to help the process to move smoothly.

What to expect:

• We offer an initial complimentary consultation giving us the opportunity to discuss your visions and desires in person.


• After this consultation, we proceed to a development stage, which can include
  • surveys,
  • preliminary sketches,
  • developmental floor plans
  • and color schemes.


• After finalizing the direction and budget of a project we create
  • floor plans,
  • elevations,
  • furniture layouts
  • and all other needed construction documents.
  All the research, sourcing and expediting is in this stage also.


• When needed, we facilitate in hiring a construction crew and coordinating the completion of a job.
