To begin the process we offer a free phone/Zoom/Skype call to gain an insight to your project and to answer your questions about the process and costs.

Initial consultation

Initial consultation - we'll meet in your house and discuss in details, room by room, all the kitchen area design goals and wants:

This consultation is necessary - for us to listen to your dreams and desires, to understand if we are a good fit, to uncover the design potential of the house, to discuss a desired budget, and to be able to provide you with an accurate estimate, we need to see the space and to speak to all decision-makers of the household.

This consultation is necessary - for you to assess if you like our ideas, our process, and our policies enough to work with us for several weeks or months.

After our initial meeting, we'll determine, together, what services from the list below you'll need.

You will receive a detailed Design Proposal listing services and fees for approval.

The cost of the 2 hours Initial Consultation - $350, We will schedule during our free online meeting.

Programming and the Master Plan

After our Initial Consultation, a detailed Design Proposal is sent to you for your approval. Ones signed, we'll verify measurements and site conditions; develop design ideas and conceptual drawings. There would be several meetings to make the changes and hone the vision.

Documentation

A set of Permit ready Construction Drawings is prepared for each new build or remodeling job.

This set will include Floor Plans, Elevations, Electrical, and Lighting Plans, Custom pieces specifications, Millwork, Window treatments, Colors and Materials, and exact specifications of all the details as necessary. If you desire to commission 3-D presentations, they will be provided as well.

Order ready

After all plans are complete, and materials are chosen we are at the end of the design stage, and you can choose either purchase cabinetry through us, or venture on your own.

Purchase

We are dealers of two cabinet lines – Custom line Grabill Cabinets from Indiana, and Semi-custom local line Huntwood. We've been with these people for years, and we think they are the best – quality, attention to the choice of raw materials, the integrity of the customer service – we mean, they are the best.

We can ship all over the country. 

If you elect to purchase cabinetry from us a percentage of the of the Design Fee dedicated to cabinetry would be reimbursed to you.

Installation

We do have a list of the building professionals we worked before and would love to work again. We’ll provide you with the recommendations, and you can hire directly. If you already have contractors you trust - We offer meetings with your contractors, and visits during the remodel, to ensure that everything goes according to the plan.
